📅 When: Saturday, March 8, 2025 | 7:00 – 10:00 p.m.
📍 Where: Garden Pavilion Parking Lot, Bernheim Forest, Clermont, KY
đź” What: A celestial night of Moon gazing, expert talks, and guided sky tours.

This event offers a rare opportunity to explore the Moon’s history, significance, and stunning surface through telescopes in a serene natural setting.

🎙 Expert Talk: NASA/JPL Solar System Ambassador Dan Price will discuss the Moon’s impact and mysteries.

🌌 Laser-Guided Night Sky Tour: Learn about constellations and celestial objects.

🍀 Louisville's 52nd Annual St. Patrick's Parade
📅 When: Saturday, March 8, 2025 | 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
📍 Where: Parade starts at Baxter Avenue and Broadway, proceeding along Baxter Avenue to Bardstown Road, ending at Windsor Place.
🎉 What: An annual celebration hosted by the Ancient Order of Hibernians, featuring decorated floats, vehicles, and groups marching through Louisville's Highlands neighborhood. This year's theme: "The Bluegrass Goes Green."
Why it matters
The St. Patrick's Parade is a cherished Louisville tradition, bringing together the community to celebrate Irish heritage with lively festivities, music, and vibrant displays.
What to expect
Festivities: Enjoy a procession of creative floats, lively music, and participants showcasing Irish pride.
Local Venues: Bars and restaurants along the route often offer specials, green beer, and entertainment. Notable spots in the "Irish Triangle" include O'Shea's Irish Pub, Molly Malone's Irish Pub, and Flanagan's Ale House.
Road closures
Several streets will be closed or restricted to accommodate the parade:
Noon closures: Broadway from Barret to Baxter; Baxter from Barret to Broadway.
2 p.m. closures: Southbound Baxter Avenue from Rogers Street to Broadway.
2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Bardstown Road from Highland to Windsor Place.
Cross streets will close just ahead of the lead unit (approximately 3 p.m.) and reopen immediately after the last unit passes (approximately 5 p.m.).
