What to Know
Housed in the historic Colonial Gardens building, the site of Louisville's first zoo and a 1950s Elvis stop. The B.A. Colonial pairs local history with comfort-driven New American fare. Their scratch kitchen serves smash burgers, fried chicken, seafood, sandwiches, salads, steak, and more. They also offer a full bar, outdoor patio, and live music events.

Southern Melt Smashburger — piled with pimento cheese, sautéed onions, and B.A. sauce on toasted bread ($15)
