Weekend plans? chocolate + food
Good morning, Louisville! Think your overdue books are pushing it? Well, a copy of Hemingway's The Sun Also Rises just returned to Greenwich Library after a 55-year. This person took the whole "lost generation" thing a bit too literally!
In today’s Louisville Parents newsletter:

Delicious Mexican food
Let’s get to it

WHERE TO EAT
Gustavo’s Mexican Grill
We love Mexican food, and Gustavo's is our favorite restaurant. We often go to their Prospect location, but they have other locations too (Hurstbourne, Norton Commons, LaGrange, and Crestwood).
The Prospect location, right next to the fire station, is the kind of place where families feel right at home. The newly built restaurant is fitted with modern decor and a casual vibe, creating the perfect setting for a no-fuss, enjoyable meal.
Their menu has the usual suspects like birria tacos and quesadillas but also features unique items like molcajete fajitas, which is my favorite. It's a lot of food, so we normally share as a family. You can always ask for extra sides.

Molcajete fajitas
Have a wonderful weekend,
Pat.
